We had a fantastic stay at a hotel near the parks and Disney Springs. the location was perfect, allowing us easy access to the other parks and Disney Springs. the hotel provided convenient transportation options, including buses and the inner Resort monorail. the room was spacious and well-appointed, with a comfortable bed and a nice view. the service was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff.

The elevators at the hotel were a bit slow, resulting in some wait times and crowded rides.

Nothing too much trouble: modern studio. There was a kitchenette in the room. I visited Contempo Cafe, plus it was located nearby. All in all - I greatly enjoyed this place & would want to stay there again.

we could have lunch in california grill lounge set within 300 metres. the hotel was next to buzz lightyear's space ranger spin. would book here again!

We stayed at a hotel during our city break and it was perfectly situated near the Disney parks, which made transportation easy and swift. the room was well, sized and the bathroom was spotlessly clean, with very comfortable beds. there were many restaurants nearby which made dining convenient.

We were let down by the poor customer service. the check, in staff were rude when we asked for early check, in and gave us no indication of when the room would be ready.

The monorail system was incredibly convenient, taking us quickly to the nearby parks. The hotel's location next to the Magic Kingdom allowed us to easily access the park and enjoy shorter commute times to other parks and resorts. the hotel staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

We experienced some issues during our stay. The monorail broke down multiple times, causing us to miss out on fast passes and having to find alternative transportation.
